This policy applies to all Euron subscription plans. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.

1Subscription Terms

Euron operates on a subscription-based model with the following billing cycles:

  • Monthly Plans: Billed on the same date each month
  • Annual Plans: Billed once per year with a 20% discount
  • Explorer Plan: Free forever with no billing required

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

214-Day Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial period with the following terms:

  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Full access to all features of your chosen plan
  • Cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription after 14 days if not cancelled
  • Email reminders sent 3 days and 1 day before trial ends

Pro Tip:

You can cancel your trial at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription Management.

3How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Euron subscription at any time through the following methods:

Self-Service Cancellation

  1. Log into your Euron account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Provide optional feedback
  5. Confirm cancellation

4What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate Effects:

  • No further charges will be made to your account
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to all features until subscription expiry
  • Cancellation confirmation email sent immediately

After Billing Period Ends:

  • Your account is automatically downgraded to Explorer (Free) plan
  • All content and data remain accessible in read-only mode
  • Student access to courses continues (they can still consume purchased content)
  • You cannot create new content or accept new enrollments
  • AI features (EURI, AVNI) are disabled
  • Mobile apps remain functional for existing students

Important:

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your subscription anytime within this period to restore full functionality.

5Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions (excluding free trial period):

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund credited to original payment method

Monthly Subscriptions

  • No refunds for partial months
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of billing cycle
  • Exception: 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment

Annual Subscriptions

  • 7-day money-back guarantee applies (full refund)
  • After 7 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months (minus 20% annual discount)
  • Minimum 3-month usage required for pro-rated refunds
  • Refund = (Remaining months ÷ 12) × Annual fee × 0.8

Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees (if applicable for Enterprise plans)
  • Custom development work
  • Third-party integration costs
  • Domain registration fees
  • App store submission fees

7Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can easily reactivate your subscription:

  • Within 90 days: Full reactivation with all data and settings restored
  • After 90 days: Data may be archived; contact support for restoration
  • No penalties: Resume at current pricing (no reactivation fees)
  • Instant access: All features available immediately upon payment

8Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. We'll consider refunds outside our standard policy for:

  • Technical Issues: If we cannot resolve critical platform issues within 7 days
  • Service Outages: Extended downtime beyond our SLA (99.9% uptime)
  • Medical/Personal Emergencies: Documented hardship cases (reviewed individually)
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments

9Enterprise Plan Specific Terms

Enterprise subscriptions have unique cancellation and refund terms:

  • Contract Period: Minimum 12-month commitment (unless otherwise negotiated)
  • Early Termination: 50% of remaining contract value if cancelled before 12 months
  • Notice Period: 90 days written notice required for non-renewal
  • Custom Development: Non-refundable once work begins
  • Data Migration: Free export assistance provided within 30 days of cancellation
